What is your return policy for sportswear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their training gear sooner.
Are Kappa products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover standard wear and tear from athletic use.
How should I care for my technical fabrics?
To maintain the moisture-wicking properties of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and avoiding fabric softeners or tumble drying on high heat.
